Celebrating its 52nd anniversary, this homegrown musical melodrama brings Muskegon’s vibrant lumber era to life through colorful comedy, high-stakes drama, music, and romance. Whether you are a seasoned performer or have never set foot on a stage before, no prior theater experience is required—we are not just looking for polished actors, but for enthusiastic people ready to play, have fun, and bring their personalities to the room.

Because we are double-casting the 2027 production, we have more roles and company opportunities than ever across leads, character parts, and ensemble performers.

Auditions take place on February 22-23, 2027, at The Stage at the Corner.
